Hey, I'm Fathima
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with expertise in Weight Loss & Lifestyle Disease Management with Cultural Foods and the founder of Eat Smart, a company based in Zambia (Africa) helping Zambians eat healthy with affordable and accessible foods.
After 10 years, working with thousands of clients from various cultural backgrounds, I have developed "The Eat Smart Method" for long term healthy eating and weight loss success. This is a delivered via two core programs online, helping those who want to lose weight for good, without giving up their cultural foods.

As many of my clients were so stuck with no clear direction to take on how to eat healthy and lose weight, I realised I that what my community needed was someone who could give them a listening ear, provide then an effective step-by-step solution, that included their cultural foods as part of a long lasting solution. So to help cut through the confusion and provide a unique once-off solution for my clients I took all the most effective strategies I used with my clients over the yeas and developed a fool-proof method backed by science. My clients have had overwhelming successes is creating healthy habits that stick, creating confidence in making healthy food choices with their cultural foods and losing weight for good.
My method does not require any restriction, it is not time consuming nor does it require you to eat differently to the rest of your family all in the name of weight loss. It does not involve avoiding social events, taking expensive teas, juices or supplements. It's just real food, that tastes great and something you can do forever.
